Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Once processing begins, we are unable to cancel or modify your order; however, we offer a 14-day returns policy to provide you with flexibility after your purchase.

14-Day Change of Mind Return and Refund

If you decide to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your parcel for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product was purchased directly from our website.
• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are intact and included with the return.

Notes:

• The 14-day period begins on the delivery date, as indicated on the tracking page.
• Returns requested after 14 days may incur a 20% restocking fee, subject to our discretion.
• Refunds due to a price drop are not applicable once an order has been processed or dispatched.
• Returns must be authorised in advance; please contact us for a return authorisation and address details. Items sent without authorisation may not be eligible for a refund.

We recommend using a reliable courier for returns, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund items returned in unsatisfactory condition.

7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Return, Replacement, and Warranty

If your product is found to be faulty (DOA) within 7 days of receipt due to a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. The following conditions must be met:

• The product was purchased from our website.
• The product is in new, unused condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are intact.
• The defect is confirmed by our team upon inspection.

Notes:

• The 7-day period begins on the delivery date shown on the tracking page.
• If the defect is identified after 14 days, your item will still be covered under our one-year warranty.
• Only manufacturing defects are covered as DOA issues; cosmetic damage to packaging or the box does not qualify for an exchange or refund.

Please contact us for return authorisation and address details before sending your item. Use a reputable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund items returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Warranty

All products include a 1 Year warranty covering manufacturer defects unless stated otherwise. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and non transferable.

Warranty and support are provided only for products bought through our official sales channels. Purchases from unofficial sources, including “grey market” imports, are not covered by our warranty. We recommend buying only through authorised channels to ensure access to full support and service.

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, and participate in enhanced security schemes like Verified by Visa. Payment cards must be in the name of the person associated with the billing address.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process information lawfully, in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998, to fulfil your order and provide quality service. We do not share your details with third parties without consent. You can opt out of any marketing emails and may request a review or update of your information by contacting us.
